Acorn is taking money from the government for a specific reason. If they are using that money to advance a political position they are breaking the law and that is what Sheriff’s are for.

Acorn is given money by the federal government. If there is an abuse of funds, it is the responsibility of the federal government to investigate. It is also the responsibility of the funding source (congress), to rescind their support.

Sheriff Arpaio swore to defend the constitution of the US. He is duty bound to investigate and apprehend all criminals. If the justice department does not want to prosecute that is up to them. As far as the illegal aliens are concerned if they are falsely taking advantage of state programs they are fair game. If ACORN is giving advice on how to set up brothels they are fare game. The fact that they have worked against Sheriff Arpaio does not give them a pass.
