Unless ACORN gets a judge that will fix the case for them...ACORN will be coughing up documents Over the past few days, there have been thousands of unexplained server and computer failures all over the ACORN system - probably caused by right-wing hackers who only want to deny food and sheleter to well deserving hookers. Also, for some unexplained reason, all of the backup tapes were erased. Even the hard copies in the file cabinets have mysteriously burned up. For the love of Pete! Stop the harrasment of ACORN!!

You right, but, with Rush and Glenn we need a National Media MEGA mouth piece so the main fringe media can not ignore it.
Yeah, some will say, they ignored the Washington Tea Party protest last Saturday, ... yes, they ignored to give the facts to the people, but, believe me, they saw it, and were SHOCKED and most assuredly they themselves didn't ignore it.

Glenn Beck needs to ask this question.
Is she ? or is she not a ACORN worker.

If this goes to trial in the ‘hood they’ll make sure the get an OJ jury and it’s “case closed”.Otherwise,no way.So will there be a “progressive” prosecutor who wants to make his/her/its “bones” with the moonbats of the People’s Republic of Maryland?

Recording laws (two party consent) just cover audio. The video portion of the Baltimore ACORN tapes are legal I heard on FoxNews's legal analyst that the two party consent law is for "transmitted" communications. A direct video recording of any kind isn't covered under the law. Otherwise the law would make all taped video surveillance illegal.

I hear all the time cases on the news of some guy filming ladies in the store changing rooms, they never get charged cause theyre breaking no law, which maddens me, yet these reporters broke the law?
In Florida, that would be against the law, and punishable, to film in a dressing room.
We had an incident where I work that something similar happened, abd it is in the state statutes
Okeefe and Giles filmed in a common area, so their film would not be subject. The audio is the only issue Maryland is griping about

Where can I contribute to their legal defense fund? These two young people have saved us billions in tax dollars. It would be the least I could do and an honor to do so.

Ya know, if you think about it, if this case goes for ACORN, then, it won’t be long before security camera video can not be used as evidence of the commission of a crime without the permission of the criminal.

Is she ? or is she not a ACORN worker. She is supposed to be working for the state prosecuting CRIMINALS like ACORN!

Its so easy to steal data from IT environments in external attacks. Such as malware stealing data, scripting attacks to gain access, the list goes on.
I wonder if anyone will really get the data before acorn themselves tries to destroy it all.

Special report on the ACORN case by Charlie Gibson at 6:00 tonight.......
Who??????
To: MizSterious
Hah. In any event, the videos will speak for themselves, and these workers will be shown to be crooks and thugsjuries tend to hate people like these. Not Baltimore City juries - last year they let a cop-killer walk in a case that was iron-clad. Jury nullification at it's finest.

Agreed. Ultimately O’Keefe and Giles will come off clean, because the public outcry will be too great.
Plus, I’ve already got my credit card ready to donate to their defense fund. ;-) I’m sure I’m not the only one...

One office doing this is isolated but FIVE offices spread out over the U.S. is a RICO case.
ACORN had to have a training guide for ALL their employees since ALL the employees that got caught were giving the SAME advice.
