Do you think the POTUS should prove he is qualified, a Natural born Citizen?
If yes, is his word good enough, or should we have the right to see the document?
When you buy a pure bread dog, you get to see the documents. We expect a pure bread American president. Did we get one? Its clear we didn’t.
In what form should the proof take and to whom should he present his qualifications? I would expect Obama to follow the law, and the law seems to be silent in this area. No method of proving qualifications has been legislated and not agency tasked with checking those qualifications. Obama is not violating any law by not doing any more than he already has.
