Saw it. Sounds like she sandbagged Taitz a bit. Complaining that her original filing was full of conjecture? Please. Nevertheless, if Taitz filed w/o talking to her about it, that would seem pretty stoopid.

If you look up "pretty stoopid" in the dictionary, I think you find a picture of Orly Taitz.

Yeah I find that more than a little hard to swallow as well. "Honest to God, Your Honor. I had no idea my lawyer said all those mean things in the suit?" Please. I've no doubt that Rhodes knew full well what Tatiz was doing the first time around. But you're right, if Tatitz refiled without her permission then she's put her professional neck on the chopping block.
