It is reasonably certain that the men who framed the Constitution did not anticipate the election of a man as a President who appears to have prevaricated about his place of birth and then ordered his loyal followers to ridicule all those who questioned the contradictions inherent in his own biography, such as the obvious fact that his Father was an (admittedly disloyal and possibly treacherous) Subject of the British Crown when he was born, even though this fact alone would disqualify the President as a “natural born citizen”, regardless of his place of birth.
Correct. Although you’d be amazed as to just how many people cite that as part of the “overwhelming” evidence to support Obama’s Hawaiian birth claim.

So you are alleging that Obama's mom (or perhaps grandparents) committed fraud. I have two questions for you:
1) What was the motive?
2) What was is your evidence?
They could have legally obtained naturalized citizenship for little Barrack, without resorting to fraud, if he were in fact born in Kenya. Hence I don't see why they would risk going to jail by fraudulantly registering his birth in Hawaii.
Evidence? It’s the very lack thereof which concerns us.
If you want to claim his birth was fraudulantly registered in Hawaii, the burden of proof is on you. That means the lack of evidence is your problem, not his.
