I had a feeling she was making it up. She didn’t sound believable. Moreover, the part about “laying the groundwork” with reports of domestic violence and getting a restraining order is not the kind of thing you just admit to a total stranger. If the killing was supposed to be premeditated, and she was supposedly smart enough to set up a defense, then she would also be smart enough to keep her mouth shut. But why would she make up the story at all? It doesn’t make sense.

She sounded nutty as a fruitcake. She wither has a drug, alcohol, or probably a mental condition.
Why would any firm hire her?
Seems like that would have been an easy one to do a little research on before bring this yarn up. Better just to stick with the prostitutes and young girls. Wouldn’t hurt to add the part about the “murder” - but then show that the husband is still alive, and “what kind of nuts do they get to give out tax advice?”, etc.

I’m a bit troubled that this tape was allowed to air to give the impression that there was some substance to this fruitcake’s allegations. Didn’t they do some research on it first? It seems like a stupid rookie mistake, which would surprise me given how careful they have been so far.
Maybe people need to view this over and over again, and look into the context before she goes into this, maybe she was hinting at what to do.
I had the same reaction while watching this chick. It seemed she was making it up as she went, trying to relate to the young pro.
There are a lot of that kind in California.
maybe she meant she killed her marriage...and mentally him,..all due to the fact he mentally killed her years ago when he realized how worthless she was. I’m just thinking here,..not knowing the full story. but for some reason, i tend to believe that ACORN’s hiring strategy doesn’t involve campus visits to Princeton or Liberty University.

The non-murdering woman seemed fidgity the whole time she was telling her tale. I was doubting her since she couldn’t stand still while speaking and as others mentioned, why would you tell such a tale to complete strangers?

I agree since many here have found out info like marriage dates, no sign of a dead husband..etc. Doesn’t mean the non-murderess isn’t still a nut tho’, just not a killer it seems.
