Long read, but worth the time. Some interesting insight and things to watch for from our side as well as Obama.

AMEN! I’ll choose jail (even had a sign at the 9/12 Tea Party which said so) over their mandate, I won’t even pay their penalty tax- take me away; You hear that F.B.I?
This is a pointier sticking point to me than the, so-called, "public option." I don't have to drive, and don't appear to enjoy an unalienable right to drive, unless I'm an illegal alien of course. I do enjoy a Right to Life, however, and however easy some seem to be able to swallow the little pill of mandatory health insurance, its based on the same sort of thinking that prefers me a right to the services of health professionals. It is presumption, which is a sin according the free exercise of my religion, and also idolatry, and even bigger sin to the God I worship.
I'll go to jail to protest such a requirement, which seems inevitable to everyone, now. It amazes me so many people want to turn me into an outlaw while turning criminal aliens into the law-abiding.
People still dispute who fired first in Charleston Harbor, whether Fort Sumter was fired upon first by South Carolina partisans or whether the rearming of Sumter by Lincoln (after he announced he would not) amounted to the same thing as firing on Charleston.
In the end, half a million Americans died in our decidedly un-civil Civil War. A lot of those people didn't want to go to war but were left without a choice in the matter when they found themselves forced to choose up sides. In North Carolina, the last to leave the Union, it was fight their neighboring states or fight the Union.
Regardless, in the end, North Carolina contributed more soldiers and more casualties than any other state.
Amen.
