What pray tell is the plan if Obama produces the documents, and they are in good order before the court...

If he's legal, he's legal. We'll attempt to neuter him in the 2010 elections like we did to impeached ex-President Clinton in 1994 and try to vote him out in 2012. There are laws and a constitution here. That matters to us.

If you needed to prove citizenship, would you a) Spend over a $1,000,000 in legal fees avoiding providing documents or b) Spend a few hundred dollars providing a birth certificate and the other requested documents.

Thanks for the response guys, and I share a lot of your sentiments, but I was actually curious about the legal aspects of the case, i.e., plaintiff's strategy, which some of you hinted at. I'm on my way back into the thread to continue reading where I left off last night.
