You are absolutely right - I know I have been screaming “Occam’s Razor” since before the election. Also, for the record, we should have certified copies of the original applications to his several universitites: Occidental (HA), Columbia College (NY) and Harvard Law. I graduated from Columbia and Harvard Business after working, Marine Corps, etc. Those schools wanted to know everything about my deceased father, my mother and me - hell, they wanted my blood type. Anyway, my point is that he probably applied as a foreign-born student for admission purposes as well as scholarships (I worked and paid my own way - of course it was much cheaper in those days.)

I’ve always wondered if that’s what he’s really protecting.
There’s more to the story than quickly discrediting your opponents with a real birth certificate.
Wouldn’t put it past him to game the system that way.
