Kanye West is told the joke, but (even though he is the lyrical genius of a new generation) doesn’t get it.
There is a section where Carlos Mencia tries to explain the joke to Kanye. It is absolutely hilarious.

In the end, Kanye decides Eric Cartman is right, and that he is a GAY FISH. The song concludes the episode, along with video of Kanye carousing with the fish.
