Obama Dissembles Again About His 'Responsibility' For Healthcare

In a new 60 Minutes interview, President Obama made a big show about telling correspondent Steve Kroft that he "owns" healthcare if it goes wrong and that because of this he has "every incentive to get this right."

But is this true? Will Obama face any real, personal consequences for any possible failures of Obamacare if it gets passed? I would say he doesn't.

In the interview, Obama sonorously tells Kroft,

"I have no interest in having a bill get passed that fails. That doesn't work. You know, I intend to be president for a while and once this bill passes, I own it. And if people look and say, 'You know what? This hasn't reduced my costs. My premiums are still going up 25 percent, insurance companies are still jerking me around,'" Obama explained.

"I'm the one who's going to be held responsible. So I have every incentive to get this right," he added.

This claim that he will face consequences if Obamacare becomes a mess later because he didn’t “get it right” is a bald-faced lie.

It has long since come to a time when I cannot believe a word this president says on any level. But, people voted for this liar anyway. Amazing.

Translation: I don’t want to run it, I just want to own it.

A major way the Left advances its agenda of government control over everything is to push a bill, any bill, that is even remotely in the direction they want. Poorly conceived, badly written, implemented by dunces.

When the effort fails, the inevitable answer is more of the same but bigger, more intrusive, more controlling.

Screw it up, wait a bit, and offer a fix, hoping the sheeple will forget that the root of the failure was growing for 20, 30, 50 years and fertilized by the left.

Medicare, Medicaid, welfare, lawyers and illegals make health care costs go up? I know! I know! I can FIX it with a bigger, all-encompassing plan!

What unadulterated bullshit.

He won’t have to pay for it.

He won’t have to administer it.

He won’t even be subjected to it.

What an asshole.

Most of the bankrupt government social welfare programs now threatening to take this country into the abyss, were enacted by men now SAFELY IN THEIR GRAVES! Who do we see about THAT??

At the time John Maynard Keynes was promulgating his interventionist/statist economic policies – many of which were adopted by the Roosevelt administration (OBAMA, PART 1) — a critic pointed out that, in the end, these policies would, if carried to their illogical conclusions, take the nation to bankruptcy. Keynes replied that “In the end we’ll all be dead”. (A variation of the old “Eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow we die” or the Madam Pompadour classic, “Apres
moi, les deluge”.) Keynes, a notorious ands unabashed homosexual pedophile, was clearly into immediate gratification in several spheres of his life, physical and economic!

Anyone today wishing to have an aggressive and highly animated conversation (aka a “screamoff”) with Keynes or FDR concerning how their policies damaged the fabric of the nation would have to DIG THEM UP.

And when the buzzards of the policies being considered and implemented today finally come home to roost, those responsible for them will be dead.

At least they HOPE they will be!

Every time the subject of healthcare reform comes up, Michelle’s history with healthcare needs to be shouted from the rooftops. She headed up a nefarious patient dumping project at the hospital where she was an executive. If patients were poor, she made sure they were shuffled off to other hospitals so the hoity-toity patients in her hospital didn’t have to rub elbows with the unwashed masses. Their ability to pay was an issue, too.

March 2, 2009 “American Thinker” has a good review of this issue.

And King Hussein and Michelle Antoinette “care for” the little people. Yeah; right.

Gee if he is owning it and he knows it is right why would he wait until after the 2012 election to put it in place.

Hint. Because it is so bad it would defeat him.

Why do you think he was so disturbed about Hondurans throwing out Zelaya? Because it bodes ill for his own dynasty when all those common people get that uppity!
