Instead, as I had reported here, when House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) made her certification (as referenced above), she certified that Messrs. Obama and Biden were duly-nominated candidates for the party, not that they were eligible for such nominations. It would be interesting to see and compare the certifications submitted for Kerry (who served in Vietnam), Gore (who invented the Internet), and Clinton (who will never know what drew Vince away from us).

Does it seem strange that on such an historic and offical doc that their full names would not be on it? Actually, Obama's first name appears to be Darack on this SC page.

File an open records request to The Secretary of State's of each state you desire. Each State has different open record laws. Google the state you desire and open records act and you should get something, maybe even a form/example letter you can follow. Be specific as what you request. If you want some help private email me and I will try.
California is government code 6250 et seq.

By the way I have found South Carolina law requires the certification to state candidates are eligible but the form filed by DNC did not have the “legally qualified” in it. Who dropped the ball in SC?
I am back in the camp that there may be more to this!
