Read the bill the Democrats put forward. it is a HUGE government bureaucracy.
...and, it will lead to government officials deciding the standards (by his own admission of the Advisory Committee he mentioned) for who gets coverage and when the get it...basically, for older Americans and others with significant health conditions, it will amount to death panels. So who's the real liar?
In the end, despite whatever breach of protocol and decourm, the only one who addressed the entire Joint Session and spoke the truth was South Carolina Congressmen Joe Wilson. And he did it with just two words...YOU LIE!
