US Constitution, Article 1, Section 9-

No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.

We can debate if this applies but when I first heard about it, this was the first thing that popped in my head.

The key phrase is “without the consent of Congress”. You think Pelosi, Reid, and the Democrats will refuse the Obamassiah sitting in the UN?

Whether or not this section applies, this is a HUGE conflict of interest. Does this man not have any competent legal counsel?

Then again, maybe when your goal is global dominance, legal counsel becomes irrelevant.
