Josh Gerstein is all over the Justice Department’s filing in Orly Taitz’s latest “birther” lawsuit. Taitz’s suit includes — not as evidence, but as something she wants the court to verify — a ridiculously obvious forgery of a 1961 Kenyan birth certificate, obtained by a man who identifies himself as “Lucas Smith, an American,” who debuted the certificate via a shaky, “Blair Witch Project”-style video before submitting it to Taitz. How do we know it’s a forgery? Because in a lengthy article on the case, WorldNetDaily notes that it “has reported on an authentic 1961-era Kenyan birth certificate, which looks distinctly different from the document Smith released in the video.” Not that this prevented them from headlining the new story “Panic in D.C.?”
This is the second article I have seen today where Lefties are worried about those evil “birthers.”
Flood the net with bogus birth certificates to destroy the credibility of people asking a legitamate question.
Methinks they were using the same tactic wit healthcare to a certain degree.

Listen, there ARE unanswered questions out there about this president. No doubt about it.
But Taitz is the wrong person to be spearheading this. She’s just too consumed by the conspiratorial bug, and it won’t be long until her head explodes in the courtroom and you hear all about aerosol contamination and the moon landing hoax and whatnot.
Another day the trolls come out and another day of troll sweat flop.
There was a FR article on the WND analysis a couple of weeks ago. I seem to recall that it was determined that WND was looking at a forged BC, not the one submitted for authentication.
Anyway, isn’t that what Taitz is asking for, authentication? Seems to me that the author of this article is seeking to bypass the process and provide judgement...using the very shaky WND anaysis as “proof”

He's using the "Matador Gambit"...which means make your opponents use up their time, credibility and other resources going after the "cape" instead of the "matador".
This most recent Kenyan B.C. is just another cape.
I wonder how much prison time Lucas Smith will receive for submitted a false affidavit and document to a federal court?
It's strange how the 0bamunists are all document experts, even though most never lay eyes on the documents they pass judgement on so quickly.

My guess is that a person who has already done time for forgery will be sent back to prison if he were to attempt to perpetrate forgery to a federal court.
Can they match the lines on the foot print with those on his foot? Too bad they didn’t finger print him at birth. ;)

Oh that would give Lucas Smith 'standing' that no court could refuse. Obama couldn't avoid getting his hidden documents from being subpoenaed.

Well, that would only work if the 'birthers' fell for 'em.
It doesn't speak well for the general intelligence of a group of people when they mostly pick up on fake documents and start screaming and writing for everyone to hear and read that they're real and the smoking gun.
Smith doesn’t deny his checkered past. Eventually, your “Messiah” will be found out about his shady past.
