Here is video of Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty talking with CNN's John King and assessing President Obama, and particularly his Health Care Plan.
Pawlenty said Obama needs to take on one of his own constituencies, the Trial Lawyers, and deal with medical lawsuit reform. Pawlenty cited a Harvard study showing that 30% of medical costs are linked to unnecessary treatments - which is a direct result of doctors' fear of malpractice lawsuits.
Pawlenty said he would not favor a "trigger" that would allow Government to provide a "Public Option" if insurance companies are not providing affordable policies to the public. This is viewed by many as another "trojan horse" Democrats may try to use to get a Government take over into a bill, while appearing to drop a public option.
He said Obama is governing as a "movement liberal," not as the more centrist candidate he passed himself off as during the campaign. . . . (VIDEO)

As far as I am concerned, Pawlenty is the frontrunner at this point. I’m not sure he’s really the guy, but I haven’t seen anyone better.
Anyone who cannot (or will not) tell the difference between a ‘’movement liberal’’ and an outright fascist/Marxist is not fit for any office, let alone the presidency.
Currently, Pawlenty is Vice Chair of the RGA. If the RGA scores several victories in the 2010 Governor races, then Pawlenty’s Presidential stock will rise.
tort reform is the KEY.
how much chance of lawyers writing laws that effects their own income streams?
conflict of interest ... Indeed.
How to make it happen?
Oh, it’s a movement alright...a bowel movement.
This is the same "slow it down" BS that Pawlenty and Romney said earlier last month. The people do not want this bill - why is that so hard for Palwenty to understand?
No wonder why Palin has huge grassroots support. Conservatives are tired of fighting back reciting bland statistics in a Ben Stein monotone voice and then trying to "conservatize" liberal legislation. Pawlenty knows that the Dems aren't going to allow any tort reform in their bill so why even bring it up? This guy's a friggin' milquetoast loser, enough said.
Tim has caused “Pawlenty” of trouble already by letting Al “Freakin’” Franken become a senator as a result of that election fiasco. He should of voided it.
