That depends. No one has ever lost an election betting against the intelligence of the Illinois voters.

Barack Obama.

Kirk is an embarassment. There are other good candidates we don’t need Kirk to win in Illinois. The current political environment favors conservatives. This guy is pro homo pro abortion pro cap n trade. Tell me how electing him does anything for republicans ? It isn’t even that the guy is fiscally conservative.
