It's the oath administered to the German Military shortly after Hitler's assumption of absolute power in 1936. Military members swore personal loyalty to the person and office of Adolf Hitler, rather than to the nation or its constitution.

Eerily similar to pledging to be a servant of the President.

In English it reads:

"I swear by God this sacred oath that I shall render unconditional obedience to Adolf Hitler, the Führer of the German Reich and people, supreme commander of the armed forces, and that I shall at all times be ready, as a brave soldier, to give my life for this oath."
