Too many buzzwords. And they purposely confuse “satellite” with “airship”. Red Flag. Otherwise, I think it’s a neat idea. Hope it works.

I read it as a combination of "stratosphere" and "satellite."

Hoping it works is great, but so many harebrained ideas...

Far as I know, there is no efficient, safe way to convey useful amounts of electricity from 65,000 feet.

It's a communications satellite. Pretty sure the solar energy collection is for use by the airframe.
