Well the one thing I learned from watching that was that Ted was only in favor of wars his brother started.
I was a police officer in Washington, DC in 1973-1974. While on patrol one evening, my partner and I received a call instructing the “highest ranking officer on duty” to meet another officer at a nearby location. These calls are relatively infrequent, so my partner and I agreed that we needed to check out the situation. When arriving on the scene, a secluded alley behind a well known brothel, we discovered the Lion of the Senate passed out drunk on the hood of his Oldsmobile station wagon, shirt open to his waist and pants half way down his legs. If there were ever a moment when I wished I'd had a camera, that was it.
When he wasn't inebriated, Ted Kennedy carried the well deserved reputation as a notorious abuser of his staff, often resorting to verbal and physical abuse. He was not the ‘charming and witty’ man that we are been force fed by the MSM.
I have been watching the coverage of Teddy Kennedy’s life for several days now. He was the most amazing man, a true saint among men, wise and compassionate. How come he was never elected president? He was so great, so smart and kind, he was a Solomon the Wise and a George Washington rolled into one. How come he was beaten in the primary by Jimmy Carter? Well, maybe it had something to do with killing that woman.
