I thought it was quite telling at Ted K’s funeral that the Dims joked about how the Republicans always tried to reach compromise with them and how it was rarely the other way around. Says a lot.

A few observations:

What was the GOP thinking when they nominated McLame? I swear he was meant to be a sacrificial candidate to make way for "The One".

If Abu Grabe pics were so great a recruiting tool for jihadists why doesn't Juan condemn the American Left for publicizing them?

IMHO this last election was engineered to allow for the immaculation of the Obamassiah, the question I have is who set this all up? BamBam is an empty suit, so who's actually pulling the strings here?

There he goes again. He loves being loved by the MSM. McCain is politically irrelevant. He is part of the walking-dead, and he has no future in either political party. I wouldn’t be surprised if he jumped ship and joined the democrats. He will never have any influence in the GOP and especially among conservatives.

I reached my limit with him in 2005 when he first jumped on the “torture” bandwagon and spent weeks peacock-preening in interviews and magazine covers.

The 2004 elections did it for me.

McStain, a.k.a. Captain Queeg, spent the whole campaign pissing and moaning about electoral spending by special interests, AS THOUGH IT WAS ALL SOMEONE ELSE'S FREAKIN' FAULT!!!!!

In fact it was the direct, predictable (and widely predicted) result of HIS OWN IDIOTIC LEGISLATION.

I mean, DUH!, Senator McStupid: If you deny "soft" money to the political parties -- for all their faults, the most accountable and broadly representative agents in the process -- then that same money (and even more money, due to the reduction in accountability) will instead be controlled by less accountable and less broadly representative agents, i.e. SPECIAL INTERESTS.

He did that. And then he complains about it. How stupid can you be? Dozens of commentators tried to explain to McStupid that this was exactly what would happen when McStain-Feigngold was under consideration. Even an idiot like me was able to grasp this at the time. But not McStupid. And what's more, he couldn't even connect the dots AFTER the fact!!!!!!!

WHAT AN IDIOT!

McCain's labeling Bush and the those in the CIA protecting the nation as torturers only added disgust to disdain for McStain.

>The other being that he’s always been nothing more than a filthy, worthless punk....a loser from the very start.<

Sounds like your typical politician.

Or a denizen of the grey bar inn.

“Maybe he’s bipolar?”

Hey!!! I am manic/depressive and we have a more grounded moral compass than he will ever have.

He is NOT manic/depressive. He is a two-faced, back stabbing, unreliable wanna be.

There... I said it!
:P

I had reached my limit with him about 10 years ago.

I’m sure most of you do.

I was just being snarky about his wild swings from one side to another.

Official disclaimer: No offense was meant to any truly bi-polar people, real or imagined.
