Pompous funerals for politicians and celebrities aren’t anything new. Liberals probably say the same thing when throw nifty funerals for beloved politicians on our own side.

I agree. It is usually not nice to speak ill of the dead, but that didn’t stop Kennedy from joking about Mary Jo Kopechne. I am not sure why he should be given more respect than he gave her.
