So . . . she didn't accept this? And this isn't a speech?

Sarah needs first class advisors if she's going to play in the big leagues. I'd hate like hell to see such a national treasure go to waste due to an incompetent staff, only to be replaced by some east coast slicky with a better 'crew'.

The Chicago Thuggies know she's the Real Deal. Her answer to liberalism is like buck-shot to a home invader who was hoping she'd answer the phone after he kicked in the door to see if she "needed help, help is on the way."

The media and Dems are One with the One. They'll do whatever it takes to blemish her image, knock her down, and trivialize her. That's where we come in- with fists if necessary.

Add to that, the aspirations of a former First Lady who's been 'building' her resume, and one can only imagine how nasty the attacks directed at Sarah will be. Another reason for pros on her staff, if ever there was one.

I worry more about the Clinton wrecking-crew as they have lots of experience. And Fosterizing is not beneath them, believe me. I used to fight red-necks.

Correct. It is sad here how so many are willing to excuse some incompetence because it's "their" guy or gal. Developing a top staff is absolutely critical to winning. Say what you want about Axelrod, the guy was as good as you could get in the last election.

She made a great choice of Lynn Vincent as her biographer ghost-writer. So let's see how her other staff decisions hold up over the next couple of years.

You didn’t answer the question: did she or did she not ALREADY accept the speaking engagement in the Far East? If the answer is yes, your previous statement that she wasn’t accepting any engagements was flat wrong, and you know it.

Are you kidding?

You are splitting hairs to avoid the point.

Did you read the link that I gave you in post #41 and did you read your own posted article?

The article from my link is dated Aug. 31. It says, "former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin this week will begin accepting and rejecting the more than 1,070 invitations she has received for paid speeches and political appearances...".

Your article says that The Hong Kong speaking event (if true) was announced on August 31.

My point remains: Palin wasn't excepting invitations and she didn't have a campaign organization and operation yet when the four speaking events were supposedly arranged.

You are wrong and btw, your statement, "she is in the far east right now . . . speaking"(LOL!) is ironically flat out wrong.

So, she didn’t accept a speaking invitation in NY a couple of months ago? Wow, talk about splitting hairs. “We’re only going to count those invitations she did(n’t) get between June 1 and Aug. 30? Are you serious? Are you really going to go to these lengths to try to justify a simple staff error?

Say what you want about Axelrod,

OK, I will. ;^)

Obama's numbers are tanking. Is it Axelrod or is it Nimrod?

Admittedly, the One's ego would make it difficult to suggest he lay low and not 'wing-it', sans teleprompter, but that's exactly what's happened and his popularity heads south.

Given excellent hindsight, one has to wonder if putting Obama in as clean-up hitter on health care was such a good idea. Axelrod 0, Tea Party 1.

And we haven't even gotten to Tax And Trade. It's a good thing they changed the debate to investigating CIA operatives from Bush's term for improper intelligence gathering, else Zeros numbers would be much lower.

If Axelrod is that good, he'll get the Biden/Michelle (tm) muzzle on the Messiah and we'll see much less of him on the tube. If I didn't know better, he's probably being fitted right now. "Messiah Muzzle- when it's too deep for waders."

You have the scores wrong. It's Axelrod/Obama 4 or 5, Tea Parties (so far) nothing. Yeah, they may---and this is a huge MAY---stall or even force back health non-care. In the meantime, in 200 days, they got a cap and tax bill, nationalized two auto companies, nearly nationalized much of the banking system, passed the largest spending/debt bill outside of wartime in American history, and still are above 40% in the polls.

The trend line is good, but if the game ended now because of rain, the Dems win huge.
