The poster in the video was designed by a fellow FReeper, Jeff Head. I was at the event. The Lyndon Larouche crowd had their Obama as Hitler poster with Obama wearing a Hitler mustache and that was allowed.

Unbelievable...the officer was (IMHO) intejecting his own political feelings and opinions of the poster into a exercise of 1st amendment rights on what appeared to be public property.
