The School Rents the Facility to a Political Organization.
It is No longer a School But Private Property for the Duration of the Rental agreement.

I’m not a lawyer, but you’re exactly right. Schools are used for a wide range of purposes including religious meetings. School policies applicable to the functioning of the school do not apply to such meetings.
