Here is video of Bill O'Reilly tonight discussing whether ObamaCare would even be upheld as Constitutional if adopted. He discusses the issue with Megyn Kelly and Lis Wiehl.
Lis Wiehl believes it is constitutional under the "Commerce clause," but O'Reilly said he is going on record that it is NOT Constitutional for Congress to order Americans what they have to buy. Kelly said it is very convoluted to figure out, and she is not sure.
ObamaCare would require people to buy Health Care. So, even if it passes, look for multiple challenges in the courts as to whether it is Constitutional. . . . . (Watch Video)

He goes on the record for anything HE believes, even though he has a very poor grasp of the law.
He really believes his own self righteous indignation would win any jury over.
The sad part is he REALLY, TRULY believes the stuff he rants about with no thought to the other side's argument.
On this one, he is dead on.
The govt cannot mandate that you buy anything.
That’s the very reason Healthcare won’t cross a state-line. The commerce clause is being abused by Congress. I live in TN and have BCBS Illinois but that is muddled by a Corporate plan. Congress is causing more harm and has been for years.
what do you call your payroll deductions for ss and taxes? seems pretty “mandatory” to me...one is being forced to contribute to ss...likewise the gubmint is grabbing your dough and making you apply for a ‘refund’ to get back any over payment
I only wish that were true. Does your employer withhold medicare tax?
Did you know you are required to go on Medicare when you are eligable?
It may not be constitutional in Bill's eyes, but the US Government already requires all of us to purchase healthcare. We just can't use it until we're 65 years old.
