Why on earth does not every single US citizen have ‘LEGAL STANDING’ to take this issue to court?

WHO DOES????? Do we just keep guessing and have the courts say “no, that’s not it....”

I think whichever judge made that ruling should be rode out of town on a rail...

I’ve asked that same question to a dozen attorneys, and each one has a slightly different answer...from “it’s got to come from the Congress” to “it would have to be another legitimate candidate of the same election” to “has to be challenged as part of the electoral college” to “has to be challenged by the Senate or the outgoing VP”...

No real consensus from any of the ‘experts’ to a question that the average American can answer just this simply: ANY US CITIZEN should have standing to question the eligibility of ANY elected official.

This is a critical Constitutional issue and deserves a full and complete hearing and resolution.

Keep the heat on him. The truth will come out.

Every single US citizen *DOES* have legal standing, my FRiend. But the existing administration fails to recognize it ... intentionally so. Your comment about being rode out on a rail is apropos. When a government becomes tyrannical, revolution is the citizens' only recourse.

You would figure that if the US government demands us to pay taxes, that all American citizens who paid taxes should have “ Standing “ .... when they say we have no standing, isn't that tantamount to saying taxation without representation ?
