I got one of those letters. I don't feel like suing. It's just a darn e-mail. Why get so worked up?

In my view, the real problem isn't spam; it's the fact that the White House is collecting a database of citizens based on political orientation. It's not an opt-in database, either. So, while this particular spam is annoying, the next use of the database might not be.

I, for one, don't want this government "interested" in me.

I have no idea how I got picked. The e-mail was to a web based account not an ISP account - so they basically know nothing about me as I don't even list my name on e-mail from that account.
