I’m just trying to guess what it’s going to be.

My money is on the Swine flu. There will be a supposed "outbreak," and with people refusing to take the vaccine, he'll utilize armed forces to force the population to take it. People will be "quarantined" (actually political enemies), and travel will be limited, food will be controlled, etc...

The only problem with your Swine Flu idea is that that will further erode his support in the states. It was a good try though ! :)
