Had she drown, Kennedy would have simply been a drunken womanizing, scum bag.

Right, and the diver who found her in that location in the car also said there were finger scratch marks on the headliner ceiling near where her head was angled. Great leadership skills, Ted— the chicken drunk. Some of the court documents are still sealed.
