I googled and Yahoo-ed LCMS to death.....and all I could find was that it always has taught its basic doctrine that the only way to heaven is through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

Any reaction yet from the ELC-Gays? I’m sure there will be a reaction to your parody and sure would like to hear what it is. Not too much from ELCA folks. The "faithful remnant" recognize the truth in what I write. The proponents of apostasy, homosexuality, etc., probably would not come across this parody or comment on it.
What IS interesting is the reaction I get from my own fellow LCMS people! A lot of them "get it," but there are some folks who find my use (or any use) of satire to be offensive. Click the link at the top of this page and you will find comments at my blog.

Is it true that the Missouri Synod preaches that one can only get to heaven as a member of the Missouri Synod? Or did they have this belief at one time? Nope. Never.

A short time later, the 1,014 voting members would pass a social statement relaxing church doctrine on homosexuality with a dramatic vote that was exactly a two-thirds majority.
