I made it back to base safely on Thrusday (the day after the bombings.)
There's a little "Ramadan volatility" going on now, but nothing major at this point. {Knocking wood.}
Things had gotten so peaceful here and were progressing so well. I pray that Iraq does not backslide to the awful days of the past few years.
