Here is video on the mid-air collision of two Russian Jets during a training exercise in preparation for the Moscow Air Show. One pilot was killed and the other survived by ejecting and parachuting to safety. Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the crash.
"Two Russian air force jets in an air show training rehearsing aerobatic maneuvers have collided in Sosny, east of Moscow, killing one stunt pilot and sending one fighter jet crashing into nearby homes.
The Su-27 fighter jets were part of the elite Russian Knights flying group preparing to perform at the MAKS-2009 air show, the largest and most important showcase for Russia's aerospace industry." . . . . . . . . . (Watch Video)
