Well said! As a conservative I believe in personal responsibility and suffering the consequences for vile behavior. But, for crying out loud, most people do turn their lives around when they have to look seriously at their darkest nature. If we don't belive that people can change, then I would expect everyone on the site to keep silent and hang his head in shame.

I believe people CAN and DO change. I do not, however, believe Vick is one of these people. Assuming personal responsibility doesn’t exculpate anyone from the immorality of something they did.
