I agree, they do need to answer this kind of question.
How about, We can’t stop these programs because the government has robbed them blind with taxes their whole life to pay into these programs.
If they got to keep their own money, they would have enough to pay for private insurance today.

Culberson had more patience than I would have.

This O'Donnell thinks he's got everyone nailed with this Medicare question. I heard him ask Katy Abraham the same thing on one of these videos. The obvious answer is:
"YES, it's socialism, I'm glad you've finally admitted it, brainiac. But since Americans have been forced to contribute to it by having the money stolen from their weekly paychecks by the government all of their working lives, NO I don't want to end Medicare now. I'd like to privatize it or phase it out fairly. Medicaid, on the other hand, can be ended immediately".

If _I_ were in charge of the budget, medicare, medicaid, and social security, their offices and employees would be slated exactly $0.00
The government has shown us, time and again that they cannot ‘balance the budget,’ they cannot act responsibly regarding the “full faith and credit” of America, and that they are unwilling to make what cuts are indeed necessary.

Yes, it is socialism. And it completely sucks. When I became Ill with a rare blood disease,(similar to Lupus) I was unable to continue to work therefore I lost my insurance coverage. I could not afford COBRA payments so I had nothing to fall back on except Medicare. Those people called me a liar, a malingerer, a fraud and even threatened to have me committed. It wasn't until I eventually ended up with kidney failure due to lack of medical treatment that they finally decided I must really be sick. If anyone thinks the government can run ANY health care program, you better think again. Take it from someone who's dealt with these brain dead paper-pushers first hand.

The leadership is GE who is in the tank for Obama so that they will benefit from environmental policy decision like, oh I don't know, banning incandescent light bulbs, mandatory wind power generation, smart grid, electric cars, etc.
They never made money from MSNBC so they just need to suck it up for awhile longer for the payoff.

O’Donnell is being clever. He knows that the terminally rotten socialistic social security and medicare programs are popular with the larcenous memebrs of this society. By pointing to an obvious inconsistency in Culbertson’s position he is trying to peel off the looters’ vote and get them behind Obamacare.
Culberson was in an awkward position....a Jeffersonian who can’t tell the truth about SS and medicare.

He is a loser and knows it. We are coming on to take him and his ilk down. They are having fear and panic attacks. We need to roll em up in the tradition of General Patton.

But I thought everyone who is on Medicare loves it? AT least that’s what the media constantly repeats.
I do know that it is difficult to get in to see many doctors who no longer accept new Medicare patients because it reimburses so poorly....and there are even fewer who take Medicaid - same reason plus all the paperwork and bureaucratic nightmares.
By the time I retire and have no choice but to go on Medicare, I know it will likely not even be there.....so much for all the $$ taken out of my paychecks through the years....same for Social Security. Will I be able to sue the government for fraud?

Steroid Rage Disorder:
Roid Rage:
"The term
Roid Rage has been around for a while and even used as a defense in some cases where someone claimed to have harmed someone under the influence of anabolic steroid use. Non-anabolic steroids such as prednisone are commonly prescribed for many inflammatory conditions or other conditions such as asthma. However, they can have mental health consequences such as psychosis, depression and mania. Androgenic anabolic steroids are testosterone-based and in addition to psychosis, depression and mania,
can also cause increased aggression. Some athletes who use these performance enhancing drugs, will notice changes
such as being more easily angered or irritable. "

I remember that. He kept calling the other person “creepy liar! creepy liar!”
it was very bizarre. He would keep saying it loudly over and over, to drown out the other guest.
I think it was during the John Kerry Swiftboat episode.
