Bill looks like it took a couple of "fast livings" to get him going before the speech.
A stewardess that used to fly Senator Warren Magnuson, D-WA, from Seattle to Washington DC told me that his staff confided to her that they never let Magnuson make a speech with less than 5 shots in him, nor more than 8. Less than or more than that range, he was unintelligible.
Bill Clinton may be on his way to Magnuson's "state of mind".
It’s funny that he speaks to the person in the 2nd video about him giving people more respect than people gave him. Well, if he had been a good President and not such a horn-dog, and had kept his “Wife” out of the daily workings of the White house during his tenure, then I would say he might deserve some. But not now....
