I only ask because this appears to be the hawt talking point from the left on various sites, but thus far, none of them has come up with any proof of the charge.
But, of course, there's no need to actually prove it -- since we all know, from the scholarly works of Dan Rather, that it's the seriousness of the charge that counts.

One might speculate that he has suffered brain damage which may have resulted from earlier or possibly continued drug abuse. A mind is such a terrible thing to waste.
Keep in mind that this little pantywaist may pose a danger to more than just himself. Dean, and people like him, are more about Group Think. Conservatives are rooted in individualism.
To anyone who bothered to do any real research, it was obvious what Obama is about and where he wants to take this nation. All the anger at the town halls is nice but is it not a wee bit late for buyer’s remorse? The drunken Obama euphoria is now turning into an unimaginably horrible hangover.
I have to give it to Obama: He is slicker than Jim Jones by magnitudes. America wanted a cult leader who could lead them to the promised land. The moon in the 7th house and Jupiter aligned with Mars. Peace guiding the planets and love steering the stars. And it came to pass that they elected the one called Obama, who would bring Hope and Change. Little did they know that Hope would become Despair and Change would become Destruction and Chaos.
