The web site has Obama all over it..
Wow, at least you admitted Palin has the same view as Obama on the “pathway to citizenship” amnesty policy. I had to do absolutely no prying. Doesn’t speak so well of her as a conservatives that she holds the same view as the most far left president in history. Speaks well to La Raza though, who she will kiss the feet of come the republican Primary.
She lost any glow for me as soon as I found out her PAC was contributing to John McCain. Looks like there was reason for him picking her besides being a woman. She’s obviously been in Alaska too long to even understand what the rest of the country is going through on Illegal immigration, maybe she should just stay there. Sad thing is, the front runners on the GOP polls -Romney, Huckabee, Newt - feel just like she does about the issue.
RINO’s all. She’s still the best of the group and that’s pretty sad. Conservatives have no leaders.
This entire thread is a waste of time.
This issue will come up again soon, the Dems. say this year.
Sarah, and other prominent Republicans, should make their positions clear when the push for amnesty resumes.
(Lindsey Graham was working with Dems to revive it just this past week.)
No pro illegal amenesty republican will get my vote in the primaries
Sounds good to me.
Oh wait, this is the Republican Party we're talking about here. Never mind that these people broke the law and invaded our country -- we just don't want to look mean on TV.
Yes, rounding up and deporting the illegals would be inconvenient, expensive, and a logistical nightmare. Beating the Nazis and the Japanese in World War II was inconvenient, expensive, and a logistical nightmare, too. I'm glad we did it anyway.
The phrase “a path to citizenship” does make my skin crawl.
She needs to explain it. To her credit, it is inconsistant with nearly everything else she has said.
Was she forced into it by the McCain people? I would buy that, but I’ve got to hear it from her.
Until then I’m a bit reserved about her.
It isn’t. Just another RINO-bot stirring the pot.
No argument from me.Did you post to the guy?
Either point to the post of mine wherein I said I hate Sarah Palin or prove yourself to be a kneejerk moron without a clue.
[Bone headed racists post. Why don’t you try babies and pitch forks next time. ]
Okay. You are a bonehead who would put babies in cattle cars and ship them to the Sonoran desert. I guess you will need the pitchforks to unload them.
I mean really guys, do any of you really believe the country can sustain the deportation of 12 million people without the amount of human suffering being in the neighborhood of a few hundred thousand deaths and the creation of multiple refugee camps at the border?
I mean, this is a total hallucination. And that doesn’t mean I’m for open borders or amnesty, just that I haven’t taken to smoking crack and having wild eyed delusions about putting 12 million people on cattle cars.
And Reagan’s non-response to the deaths of 220 Marines in Beirut in 1983. Was that forced on him too?
Could be. "Pathway to citizenship" is a vague term and the interviewer didn't bother to define the term.
>>An interview during last years campaign? I would be willing to give her the benefit of the doubt on this one. Everyone knows McCains position and she was representing him on the campaign trail.
<<
So she will sell out her principles and say whatever t takes to get elected.
Oh yeah, that’s what we’re looking for in a leader.
And I’m with you. It looks as though people who are supposed to be on our side here are going to take an article that contradicts the title and twist what she really said to try to get Zero elected again.
What’s wrong with military internment camps? These are FOREIGN INVADERS. We have every right to intern them and deport them.
We interned a hundred thousand Japanese-Americans during Word War II... and they were AMERICAN CITIZENS. Why should we play nice with invaders?
“I would like to hear a coherent answer today.”
She’s had 10 months to clarify. She knows people want to know her views, why isn’t she telling us?
The Omama birth certificate is posted on a web site...it does not make it real. Stop going to pro Obama web sites looking to find a sliver to slander Sarah Palin.
Giving steve-b the night off?
That could very well be what she means.TBD.
