Yeah, I remember when Gov. King offered all the incentives to create a new Silicon Valley west of Boston creating an amazing boom. Then Dukakis reinstated taxes and regulations and chased a lot of business out. At the same time Dukakis took credit for King's “Massachusetts Miracle.”
