It is embarrassing that Canadians see this but some Americans don’t. Many of the things Obama says and does are so wacky that many Americans don't believe the truth when they hear it from non-primary sources, and when they do hear it from a primary source they figure it is so wacky it must be out of context.
In other words they don't want to believe it and they'll invent reasons not to believe it.
