Here is video of Judge Andrew Napolitano today saying he believes President Obama's move to solicit Americans to send in information on those opposing his Health Care Plan ("Fishy Email Plan) is a violation of the United States Constitution.
Napolitano said:
"Literally, the government is prohibited from intimidating people from exercising free speech."
He said the move is clearly designed to intimidate people and seek to keep people from speaking freely against the President's proposals. White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs claims there is no "Enemies List" being compiled at the White House, but he could not say what was being done with the names of people being sent to the White House. . . . . . . He scoffs at proving his eligibility per the Constitution so why should this concern him?

Remember? The point of Obama bringing Rahm in as chief of staff was so that
"tolerant and compassionate bi-partisan Rahm" could work constructively with
Congress to pass an ambitious agenda.......

" You don't like Obamacare? Tough."
