did this video load? I’ve tried to watch the one with the SEIU beating also, and they will not load.

I’m in Canada, just wondering if they are being blocked in any manner, thanks

I ran the video with Daniel and it worked. I am running an older IE 6.0 on this machine. It has 2000 and I cannot upgrade to 8.0 IE. I also have Firefox but I am not that crazy about it.

Check your firewall. This would suck if CA is blocking it. Harper is a good guy like Hannan and CA should not be blocking this stuff.

I wish either Harper or Hannan were our President. Putin is a bigger free marketer than Obama.

Daniel Hannan should be PM in GB. He is outstanding.

I found this response of his absolutely remarkable. He expresses something that every American citizen should hear and appreciate.

I would pay to watch Daniel Hannon speak. I would probably pay double to watch live David Cameron's regular bitch slap sessions of Gordon Brown.

Susan Swain: You are speaking, as we’ve said, at the Heritage Foundation herein in Washington. What is the major message you want to leave with American audiences?

Daniel Hannan: Not to devalue the uniqueness of your achievement; to honor the vision of your founders; and to respect the principles of your Constitution. Look at the difference between your Constitution and the one that they’re trying to foist on us in Europe. And I think this is instructive. Yours in my version is eleven pages long; the European one in my version is 576 pages long. Yours is mainly about the rights of the individual; the European one is mainly about the power of the State. Your Declaration of Independence guarantees our right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; the European Union’s Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms guarantees our right to strike action, affordable housing and free health care. And, most significantly of all, the U.S. Constitution, as I understand it, came into force only after it had been separately ratified by specially elected conventions within the then-thirteen states; whereas the European Constitution has been rejected three times in separate referendums at the ballot box and is being implemented anyway. And so, what I’m saying is, don’t take for granted the democracy and the accountable government you have. It’s human nature to be blasé about what’s been familiar all your life. But the disbursed, Jeffersonian, accountable model of democracy in this country is a very unique and precious thing, and you should think long and hard before going down this European Road toward big government and Euro-style health care, Euro-style social security, and the rest of it.
