I totally agree. I have lost respect for a lot of Freepers because of this.

For very single post in NEWS/ACTIVISM that doesn't have a real news source link - people should really be hitting the abuse button

I used to browse all of the forums, just to get a 'wider perspective' - but it turned into a massive waste of time with the never ending parade of BLOG PIMPS. (exactly what they are)

Now you can't even browse the NEWS/ACTIVISM forum without getting inundated by creationist flame-bate posts, and even more BLOG PIMP posts that deem to have 'special dispensation' from the 'powers that be' to completely ignore the posting rules regarding content and source, and the forum it belongs in.

People wonder why the freepathons have been so much less successful...need only look at the crap being posted in the major forums to figure out why.
