First, get your caps lock button fixed ... on what planet would “GM” be the only non-capitalized letters in that sentence. That was like reading the rants of a meth addict, with random words and phrases capitalized throughout.
Second, a visit to Detroit is unlikely to give a reasonable estimation of the economic situation in the entire country. We cannot declare this nation in a “depression” due to Detroit alone.

Well, for starters, most politicians are pathological liars. They are lying to advance their own self serving agenda and their twisted mind convinces them that they are telling the truth.
