Absolutely true. Actually the emphasis of the poll (in my mind) was bar and pubs. Wrapping our minds around the concept.

I was under the impression that the terms were synonymous. Are we not saved by a personal relationship with Christ?

In either case, my answer to the initial question is an unequivocal “yes”. Christ would not participate in sinful activity, but the life of Christ is replete with examples of him seeking out sinners on their home turf.
