I normally have unqualified support for law enforcement. It’s the 56/100ths like these jerks that give the brave 99-44/100ths a bad name.
I notice they dropped the drunk driving charge against the driver as well - was it me, or did she appear to be walking that straight line pretty darn well? This begs the question of course - did they fabricate the DUI charge as well?

One thing I did learn via a few threads here on FR is that if you are pulled over for a DUI, ALWAYS have them take you in for a blood test. Make them depend on objective evidence alone.
