State law requires toy guns to be made from materials that couldn't possibly be confused with an actual weapon, or carry colorful markings including a big orange stripe. Hey, I saw a gun made from hemp at the beach last month.
Kinda gives a new meaning to a "smoking barrel". LOL.

I’m sure that all of my fellow New Yorkers join me in celebrating the end of all crime in our state, because otherwise, I don’t understand how our media-whoring AG could waste time on something so idiotic.
