So you are saying that "Obama" may not be his last name and so everytime he signs his name he is lying??? You are really indicting either yourself or Obama at this point.
You dissemble and prevaricate with out a conscience, don't you??? By your own words the Constitution says that he must *be* not "swear" to be. The place to determine his qualifications is a court of law where his sworn false statements carry the penalty of perjury.
This is an excellent point. Obama co-authored and signed Senate Resolution 511 in which he acknowledged that McCain was a natural born citizen by virtue of his two American parents -- a virtue that he himself lacks as everyone knows. Therefore his signature on state documents stating that he swears that he is a natural born citizen, knowing that only one parent was an American citizen, was a lie sworn under the penalty of perjury. He should be indicted for perjury in all 50 states -- even without a birth certificate as evidence either way.
His books, speeches, Senate Resolution 511, and these 50 sworn documents are enough for charges to be brought against him.

Well, I don’t have a problem with whatever methodology you want to do. Just get it enacted into law or done whatever way you want. What *is* being done right now — and has been done for all our past candidates is exactly what I said...
They swear that they *are* what the Constitution says they must *be*... that’s what we’ve got right now.
I’m saying that I can’t tell you what is on a document that I have not seen... and I would think that would not be difficult to understand... LOL...
I don’t have the information necessary to verify what I have not seen directly, so it’s only a guess. When I see the document, then I can tell you what I’ve seen. But, you can’t expect one to tell you what is on a document that you or I have never seen....
All I know is that I have seen a document in which Obama has sworn that he is a “natural born citizen”, and that he is 35 or older and that he has been a resident for 14 years or more... That much I can tell you from what I’ve seen.
And that happens to meet the qualifications for Office of President of the United States...

In a Constitutional Republic where the rule of law was the equalizer, that woul dbe possible. In the current federal oligarchy, with the courts run by judges who spern the oath they took to the Constitution, it is impossible. I have been surprised that so far none of the Citizen Grand Juries have raised the duplicitous reality.

I have already research your pal Roger Calero, and you made a statement and I asked why if there was evidence against Calero and their is evidence against Obama why Obama wasn’t disqualified. You won’t answer the question directly related to your previous statement. You are just playing games, mental you know what. BYE!
Just because you don’t like the “real llife answer” for someone who was not qualified to be President — is not my fault.
The bottom line is that “it worked in real life” with someone who was not qualified to be President and he was kept off the ballot in those states and someone else “substituted” for him (namely that *another candidate* who was qualified under the Constitution ran instead of him... LOL...).

However, the *solution* that I have proposed is even simpler than that. The solution that I propose is that a state pass a law which requires that a candidate produce his birth certificate or else he cannot be on the ballot in that state. That works a lot better, I think.
There are all sorts of ways that one can “solve a problem” — and I’m proposing one that I believe is a “rock-solid” solution so that we don’t have to have another round of FReeper threads talking about another candidate who did not have produce his birth certificate... LOL...

That is *exactly* what I said would happen — if — the State of Hawaii did not do that.
I was discussing this very thing with some other FReepers and was commenting on what Lou Dobbs said. I said this is what has been reported. And I said that if this is *wrong* — there will be a *contradictory news report* that will come out which will say something that the State of Hawaii denies this...
And that was just a couple of days ago I said that. So... right here... we have that *very same thing* that I said would happen (i.e., a contradictory news report from someone in the State of Hawaii) which would be reported.
It happened a mere two days (maybe three) after I said this... LOL...
Here is where I refer to how the “news” works and how the State of Hawaii would come out with a denial of such a report if it turns out to be false...
A direct statement of fact like that would be immediately repudiated by a state, if the state never did such a thing. You would have FReepers all over the place documenting such false statements and the other news sources would be *hammering* Dobbs, because they’re already looking for something to hammer him on, since he’s been reporting on the birth certificate issue. Dobbs, himself, even makes note of the other “liberals” who are hammering on him. They would *love* to get Dobbs on a untrue statement, because of what he’s reporting on Obama’s birth certificate.
So, that’s the beauty of our system (both with news sources and with Free Republic) is that it would be repudiated in such short order that everyone’s head would be spinning around here... LOL...
As I said, I would love to hear such a repudiation of those facts given in the news report...
