really, if your close to the beach go back down there and flag down a cop....tell the cop you need the lifeguards ( the one suffering from Johnny Weissmuller syndrome) name and you can't get it because he threw you off the beach.

The cops just might issue a ticket to the swimmer for intentionally ignoring the lifeguard, to the point that the LG had to have someone swim out to him.
