Oh I was all over than- and them- last year for proving the stereotypes right, no matter how much they protested.
Jesus Ann!
FLIPPER?
You’re thinking of supporting FLIPPER?
How disappointing.
Best,
Chris
I think one of the worst things the republicans do is always nominate the “next in line”. Mitt Romney (who seems like a fine fellow to me, fwiw) got NO WHERE last time. He did so poorly we ended up with McCain, who was a disasterous candidate against the big O. I can’t think of who else could have done a worse job.
We need to do some creative thinking folks. And we need to stop self destructing.
Now we throw Coulter overboard as a RINO “elitist”? Good god.
I’m not particularly a Romney fan but the reactions I see on FR to him are as deranged as a DU thread on Bush.
Romney is the quintessential "ladies' candidate." He's exceedingly handsome and conveys a nice, safe, "Daddy's home" (never fear when Daddy's here!) security that speaks to women in a way that can never do to men.
Ingraham I wrote off a long time ago as a pill, and am not at all surprised that she'd fall for Romney. Coulter, on the other hand, should know better. She's an elitist at heart, I suspect, and would never be able to comprehend a woman like Palin. Coming as I do from a commercial fishing background, an industry made up of wildly independent, risk-taking, and self-reliant folks in the most extreme of both physical and intellecutal realms, I think I DO comprehend Palin.
For all Coulter's worldliness, she's had a pretty sheltered life, and it's showing in her opting for the big government Daddy's Home Romney.
